FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Does my child need to bring a yoga mat or wear special yoga clothes?
A: No, we provide non-toxic, PVC-free, sanitized yoga mats for every child, but your child is welcome to bring their own mat if they prefer.
Children should wear whatever clothes they are comfortable in. If they're planning on wearing a dress or skirt to school on their class day, shorts should be worn underneath.
Q: Do students need Yoga experience?
A: No, experience is not necessary at all. Lotus Bud Kids is open to all students, most of whom are experiencing Yoga for the very first time.
Q: How do I sign up for a class?
A: Please click on the Register! tab and be sure to submit your payment through PayPal.
Q: How can I bring your Yoga & Mindfulness program to my child's school?
A: Please click on the Request! tab and fill out that form. As a "Thank You" for introducing us to your child's school, we'd like to offer you a FREE two month session (preschools) or 10- week session (elementary schools).
Q: What do you typically do in class?
A: Classes vary by age group, but every class includes yoga based movement, stories, games, and mindfulness activities.

Q: Is there a possibility my child could be injured doing Yoga?
A: Like in any physical activity or sport, injuries can occur. However, yoga is very safe for your child. All of our instructors are trained in child development and anatomy, are CPR and First Aid Certified, and make sure to lead all classes with safety in mind.
