Elementary Schools

Before and after school programs are a great way to keep kids engaged and active outside of school. Our elementary school yoga program was designed specifically to teach students age-appropriate yoga poses and fun yoga games that help children develop their confidence, coordination, concentration, creativity, and calmness. We provide a holistic approach to yoga so that we not only work to improve students' physical health but their emotional, mental, and social health as well. We also help our students become more aware of their emotions so they can have the tools to cope better when they are stressed, sad, or upset.
